Job summary

STABO, a fintech company offering stablecoin payment and cross-border settlement solutions, is seeking a motivated Pre-sales Solution Consultant to join our team in Hong Kong or Shenzhen. You will bridge clients, business development, product and engineering to translate business needs into payment and settlement solutions.

This consultative, client-facing role focuses on solution design, product demonstrations and coordination, with no individual sales quota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years in pre-sales consulting, solution consulting, solutions engineering, product management or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience in payments, cross-border payments, financial services, fintech or digital asset industries.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and present STABO's products, payment infrastructure and value propositions.
• Analyze client requirements including payment flows, currencies and geographic coverage.
• Design and recommend tailored payment, collection, FX conversion and settlement solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, workflow diagrams and product demonstrations to communicate benefits.
• Act as the voice of the client to guide product and engineering improvements.
• Develop reusable pre-sales materials and solution templates.
