Job summary

Cognizant Hong Kong is seeking a data analyst to perform data extraction and analysis from CRM systems for support investigations and projects. You will use ETL tools to facilitate extraction, transformation, loading, and verification in data migration projects across production and testing environments.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to resolve data quality issues, build daily data monitoring and reconciliation reports, and support BI reporting with systems such as SFDC,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or IT or related field.
• Certification in Salesforce.com or Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
• 3+ years as a data analyst with strong SQL & ETL experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com or Reltio.
• Retail industry experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction & data analysis from CRM systems for support investigations & projects.
• Use ETL tools to facilitate data extraction, transformation, load, verification in data migration projects in production & testing environments.
• Help support vendor to investigate data quality problems, arrange patching & formulate data SOPs (unmerge, deactivate, reactivate).
• Build daily data monitoring & reconciliation reports across systems to identify data loss & issues.
• Create reports showing data quality in CRM (registration speed, merge, active customer).
• Collaborate with project & support teams to schedule daily data synchronization for BI reporting.
