Job summary

Cognizant Hong Kong is seeking a data analyst to perform data extraction and analysis from CRM systems for support investigations and projects. You will use ETL tools to facilitate extraction, transformation, loading, and verification in data migration projects across production and testing environments.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to resolve data quality issues, build daily data monitoring and reconciliation reports, and support BI reporting with systems such as SFDC,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or IT or related field.
• Certification in Salesforce.com or Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
• 3+ years as a data analyst with strong SQL & ETL experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com or Reltio.
• Retail industry experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction & data analysis from CRM systems for support investigations & projects.

Qualifications And Skills

Academic / Professional Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
• Certification in Salesforce.com or marketing cloud is a bonus

Work Experience

• At least 3 years work experience as data analyst with strong SQL & ETL experience
• Solid experience in working with CRM systems preferably with Salesforce.com or Reltio
• Experience working in the retail industry is preferable

Functional/Technical Expertise

• Knowledge of SQL, experience with DB like Oracle, SQL server, and proficiency with ETL is a must
• Experience with Alteryx, or other ETL tool is an advantage
• Experience in supporting or working with data in the following systems will be preferred: SFDC, SFMC, Heroku, Logic Apps, Biztalk, Reltio, Hybris & Power BI
• Understanding on Python, SQL, SOQL to write scripts or schedulers will be needed

Required Competencies

• Solid understanding of databases and system data models
• Ability to communicate in fluent English. Chinese, Korean, French is a bonus.
• Solid experience with data visualization and ETL tools, strong analytical ability, good judgment, and good business/domain knowledge
