The role requires 2+ years in campaign management and lead generation; banking/insurance exposure is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in campaign management & lead generation.
• Insurance or banking industry exposure preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and automate processes and tools for performance monitoring and MIS reporting aligned with KPIs.
• Support end-to-end customer campaigns execution and lead generation by gathering requirements, sizing, A/B testing and tracking.
• Identify valuable data sources and collaborate with IT team and data engineers to automate collection processes.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating ongoing initiatives' effectiveness and impact (e.g. marketing campaigns).
• Provide recommendations based on analytical data and market research.
• Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to support customer segmentation, lead generation, campaign optimization, customer retention, and business decision-making.
