Casual is seeking a dedicated Back of House (BOH) Team Member to join our kitchen operations in Hong Kong. You will oversee culinary tasks, ensure dishes meet quality standards, and support a smooth, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or related role preferred.
• Strong food safety knowledge and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate menu items to spec.
• Set up and break down kitchen stations for service.
• Keep workspace clean and organized with hygiene in mind.
• Receive and organize ingredient deliveries.
• Work with FOH staff for smooth service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions.
