Job summary

HR Plus partners with a fast-growing F&B group in Hong Kong to recruit a seasoned Head Chef. The role leads and supervises the outlet kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will maintain top-quality food and presentation, uphold hygiene standards, and train staff to elevate culinary skills. The position can be stationed on site or off site, with ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experiences as Head Chef role.
• Effective cost control and menu execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients, equipment, suppliers and market trends.
• Works quickly and accurately during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the group head chef to manage and supervise the daily activities of the outlet kitchen crew.
• Maintain food quality and presentation to ensure consistency of the finest culinary quality.
• Ensure that food is produced in compliance with food hygiene and safety requirements.
• Train and develop the team to improve their culinary skills.
• To be stationed on or off site; assist on ad-hoc job duties as required.
