Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in product costing, engineering, R&D, and project management.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team development capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of product costing, manufacturing processes, sourcing, and product development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, knowledge of AutoCAD, Pro-E, Freeform.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Based in Hong Kong with occasional travel to Mainland China as required.

About you
