The role requires a Master's in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, and strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin
Qualifications

- Proven track record in engineering leadership and product development in technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, firmware, mechanical and product development functions.
- Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Drive new product development initiatives, ensuring quality, cost, delivery and performance targets are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, quality, supply chain, manufacturing and commercial teams.
- Serve as a senior technical and business representative in customer engagements and strategic discussions.
- Oversee site operations, including organisational planning, team development, recruitment and performance management.
- Promote engineering best practices, continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support future business growth.

- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex development programs.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management and organisational leadership capabilities.
- Experience working closely with manufacturing and operations teams to support product commercialisation and scaling.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional collaborations within a global organisation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to travel periodically as required.
