Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
1–3 years of experience in product costing, manufacturing engineering, quotation, or related functions.
Strong analytical and cost modeling skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers on product design, material selection, component specifications, and quotation preparation.
Analyze, validate, and establish product cost structures covering design, functionality, materials, labor, tooling, and components.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and comparative analyses, providing recommendations on the most cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
Evaluate product designs against customer requirements, manufacturing feasibility, and cost targets.
Optimize product designs to improve performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Support product development projects by providing cost analysis and value engineering recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and production teams to identify cost reduction opportunities.
