Job summary

Equiom Corporate Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Manager, Corporate Services to oversee a portfolio of client entities and lead a small team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality corporate administration, governance services and robust client relationships to support business growth.

You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across jurisdictions to drive operational excellence and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within corporate services, fiduciary, trust or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, company administration and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A professional qualification such as STEP, CGIUKI, ACCA or equivalent, or progress towards achieving one.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary client entities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers.
• Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of corporate documentation and client deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/CFT obligations and internal policies.
• Supporting client onboarding and governance processes.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand service offerings.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
