Job summary

Computershare Hong Kong is hiring for a role within our growing Entity Governance Compliance team. You’ll support domestic and international clients on governance and compliance matters and work closely with senior leaders to deliver advisory and managed service engagements.

The role offers flexibility with hybrid work arrangements in Hong Kong, and you’ll help shape governance services for a wide range of clients while growing market insights and templates for delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or Law.
• Member of CGI, HKICPA, or other professional bodies.
• Proven experience in company secretarial, corporate administration and governance within professional firms or listed companies.

Responsibilities

• Assist AVP/MD to handle full spectrum work of Listed or IPO portfolio.
• Act as Named Company Secretary when required.
• Advise domestic and international clients on legal entity compliance, governance and transaction related matters.
• Support the delivery of governance advisory and managed service client engagements locally / globally.
• Support business development and client relationship management activities.
• Maintain relationships with client and other professional working parties.
• Support onboarding of IPO/Listed clients in accordance with company policies and processes.
• Follow up aged debts and handle ad-hoc assignments as delegated.
• Collaborate with other department teams for pursuits as a team player.
• Keep abreast of internal and external influences to help grow Governance Services.
