Job summary

St. James' Settlement in Hong Kong Island seeks a senior manager to lead inclusive employment, employer engagement and corporate partnership initiatives.

You will develop ESG/CSR collaborations with employers, educational institutions and community partners to expand sustainable employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and SEN. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Chinese and strong MS Office skills, with oversight of funding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business management, sustainability/ESG/CSR, partnerships or recruitment.
• Experience in corporate ESG partnerships and engaging partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusive employment and employer engagement strategies.
• Develop partnerships with employers, educational institutions and communities.
• Plan and implement employment-related programmes (internships, job shadowing, etc.).
• Oversee funding applications and sponsorship plans.
• Collaborate to drive social impact through ESG/CSR initiatives.
