St. James’ Settlement seeks an experienced program professional to develop and implement innovative after-school care and charitable services, expanding across schools and communities.

You will build strategic partnerships with schools, churches, corporates, donors and community stakeholders, coordinate sponsorships and events, and monitor programme effectiveness to ensure sustainable growth and service quality.

Competenze

• Degree or above in related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in NGO, community services, service development, fundraising, partnership development or project management.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with schools, churches, corporates, funders and community stakeholders.
• Good project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
