Global Executive Consultants Limited is recruiting for a client, a Chinese bank, to hire a Relationship Manager Support Associate in Hong Kong. The role focuses on assisting RMs with corporate banking transactions, KYC, onboarding, credit proposals, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of corporate banking experience and strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused and a team player, able to collaborate across

Qualifications

University graduates in Business or other related disciplines.
2-3 years+ of corporate banking experience.
Detail-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs.
A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

Carry out corporate customer transactions including account opening; liaise with internal departments to process transactions timely.
Help to collect information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities.
Assist in KYC and client onboarding procedures when necessary.
Prepare credit proposals; conduct regular credit reviews; handle credit documents.
Follow up with client enquiries promptly.
Perform KYC/AML related work.
