Job summary

All Star Agency seeks a Corporate Banking Associate to partner with Senior Relationship Managers in driving client growth for large Hong Kong corporate clients. You will support relationship management, analyze credit needs, and help deliver tailored banking solutions across lending and cash management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. CFA/FRM/CPA qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• CFA, FRM, or CPA qualifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years of corporate banking or financial services experience.
• Familiar with lending and cash management products.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese required.

• Assist with loan documentation, facility implementation, and credit administration
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and credit guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions smoothly and efficiently
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the team

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• CFA, FRM, or CPA qualifications are a strong plus
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or financial services
• Familiarity with corporate banking products, including lending and cash management
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-conscious, and comfortable working under pressure
• Fluent in English; Cantonese language skills required
