Responsibilities

• Event execution of high-profile corporate access events such as roadshows, conferences, and visits.
• End-to-end logistics management including transportation, venues, catering, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate investor and client schedules with internal sales teams and external clients.
• Set up and maintain events using internal systems (e.g., Horizon) and client platforms (Client Hub, Planit).
• Collaborate with Corporate Access Originators, Research, Equities, FICC, and Investment Banking teams.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Corporate Access & Logistics professional to join a dynamic team supporting major financial markets, institutional investors, and corporate clients in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will sit at the crossroads of Equities, Research, and Investment Banking, helping connect company management teams with key investors through world-class corporate access events.

What You’ll Do

• Event Execution: Manage and execute a diverse range of high-profile corporate access events, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, corporate days, field trips, and company visits.
• Logistics Management: Handle end-to-end event logistics—from organizing transportation and booking group meeting venues to arranging catering, production, and presentation materials.
• Investor & Client Coordination: Build investor schedules for regional visits by collaborating closely with internal sales teams and external clients.
• System Operations: Set up and maintain events using internal databases (such as Horizon) and client services platforms (Client Hub and Planit).
• Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Corporate Access Originators, Research, Equities, FICC, and Investment Banking teams.
