Corporate Access Officer（Investor relations | Financial PR)

Roadshow & Event Management: End-to-end planning and execution of Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs), corporate access conferences, group meetings, and Analyst marketing trips.

Schedule & Itinerary Coordination: Collaborate closely with Institutional Sales and Equity Research Analysts to design, optimize, and manage complex meeting schedules for institutional clients and C-suite executives.

Stakeholder & IR Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with Investor Relations (IR) teams and senior management of listed companies to ensure seamless event logistics.

Cross-Functional Support: Work hand-in-hand with internal sales desks to match institutional investor demand with targeted corporate access opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

1-2 years of experience in Corporate Access, Event Operations, or Financial Public Relations (Financial PR agency background is highly preferred).

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or scheduling automation) to enhance workflow efficiency is a strong plus.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
