You will manage a range of corporate access events and end-to-end logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent Mandarin is essential for daily stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent organizational abilities with multitasking and tight deadlines.
• Experience in event planning and logistics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Event execution of high-profile corporate access events such as roadshows, conferences, and visits.
• End-to-end logistics management including transportation, venues, catering, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate investor and client schedules with internal sales teams and external clients.
• Set up and maintain events using internal systems (e.g., Horizon) and client platforms (Client Hub, Planit).
• Collaborate with Corporate Access Originators, Research, Equities, FICC, and Investment Banking teams.
