Job summary

Links International is seeking a Corporate Access Executive in Hong Kong on a 6-month contract. The role collaborates with Corporate Access Originators, Asian Sales and Research to plan and run high quality events for investors.

You will handle logistics, coordinate agendas, and support region-wide investor outreach, using Horizon and client service platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and an understanding of equities are advantageous.

• Handle Corporate access event logistics—organising transportation, booking venues, catering, production and delivery of materials.
• Organise investor schedules to the region by coordinating with clients and sales personnel.
• Set up and maintain Corporate Access events in Horizon and use client services platforms Client hub and Planit.

• This role works closely with Corporate Access Originators, Asian Sales and Research
• Manage and execute a range of high quality Corporate Access events-company visits, non-deal roadshows, field trips, corporate days and conferences
• Handle Corporate access event logistics- organizing transportation, booking group meeting venues, ordering F&B, arranging production and delivery of presentation materials etc
• Organize investor schedules to the region to see Asian companies by working closely with the client/sales person
• Set up and maintain Corporate Access events in Horizon and use of client services platforms Client hub and Planit
