Qualificações

• Conveyancing experience in law firms.
• Independent file handling and organization.
• Proficient English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Strong PC software skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle various conveyancing transactions.
• Prepare legal documents and conduct searches for sales, purchases, mortgages, and discharge of properties in HK.
• Respond to client enquiries and liaise with Land Registry, banks, and other parties.
