• Prepare legal documents and conduct searches for sales, purchases, mortgages, and discharge of properties in HK.
• Respond to client enquiries and liaise with Land Registry, banks, and other parties.

We are a well-established Law Firm in Central inviting motivated and experienced applicants to work as legal executive in our Conveyancing Department.

Responsibilities

• Handling various types of conveyancing transactions.
• Preparing legal documents and conducting searches in transactions concerning the sale and purchase, mortgage and discharge of landed properties in Hong Kong.
• Handling client’s enquiries and liaising with relevant parties including counter party(ies), Land Registry, banks and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Extensive conveyancing experience in law firms.
• Well-organized and able to handle files independently.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• High proficiency in PC applications.
