Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is recruiting a Real Estate / Conveyancing Clerk for a top-tier law firm in Hong Kong. Based in Hong Kong, you will handle conveyancing transactions and liaise with Land Registry, banks, and clients.

The role requires 2–3 years conveyancing experience, high school education or above, and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus). A fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years experience in conveyancing from a sizeable law firm (preferred, but not essential).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle agreements, assignments, mortgage files, and other conveyancing transactions.
• Assist in large scale conveyancing projects and documentations for conveyancing and financial transactions.
• Liaise with the Land Registry, Companies Registry, banks, and clients.
• Arrange stamping and registration of documents and conduct legal searches.
• Undertake clerical work, including Records management and filing.
