Randstad Hong Kong Limited is assisting a top-tier law firm in Hong Kong in its search for a Real Estate / Conveyancing Clerk. You will handle conveyancing documents, liaise with registries and banks, and support large scale conveyancing projects.

The role requires 2–3 years of conveyancing experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and a meticulous, organised approach to work. A proactive, deadline-driven attitude is essential.

Competenze

• 2–3 years conveyancing experience in a sizeable law firm.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Reliable under pressure with strong work ethic.

Mansioni

• Handling agreements, assignments, mortgage files, and other conveyancing transactions.
• Assisting in large scale conveyancing projects and handling related documentation for financial transactions.
• Liaising with Land Registry, Companies Registry, banks, corporate and individual clients.
• Arranging stamping and registration of documents and conducting legal searches.
• Undertaking clerical and administrative work including records maintenance and filing.
