Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified secretary/administrator to provide comprehensive support to project teams. You will handle document control, coordinate projects and stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities with precision.

The successful candidate will be seconded to the Housing Department’s office. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building/ Building Studies or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical

Qualifications

• Secretarial and admin support experience.
• Experience in document control and project coordination beneficial.
• Government project exposure is a plus.
• Contract role with end date in 2028 is stated in the ad.

• 15years site experience, including 610years experience as Clerk of Works
• Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building/ Building Studies
• Government Projects / Public Institutions
• Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in either Civil / Structural Engineering
• Successful candidate will be seconded to work in Housing Department’s office
• Experience in inspection of building services works is preferred;
• Diploma or Higher in Building Services, Electricalor Mechanical Engineering
• Contract expected to run up to January 2028
