Job summary

Luen Sing E&M Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a junior site engineer to assist project engineers/managers with building services installations and testing and commissioning, and to coordinate with various parties.

You will support tendering, quotation, budgeting, and prepare technical documents, shop drawings, and materials submissions for approval. Fresh graduates are welcome; more experienced candidates may be considered as Engineers.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Working on government engineering projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM using Autodesk Revit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineers/managers in coordinating with different parties to complete building services installations and testing and commissioning.
• Assist the project engineers/managers in tendering, quotation, budgeting.
• Monitor progress and quality control for BS works.
• Prepare technical documents.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 0 - 5 year of relevant site experience preferably.
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Working on relevant government engineering projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in building information modeling (BIM) based on Autodesk Revit platform will be an advantage.
