Hong Kong Parkview is seeking a Storekeeper to manage the store operations, ensuring steady supply to user departments and accurate stock records.

The role requires at least 1 year of store management experience, a certificate/diploma in logistics or store management, and fluency in English and Chinese. You will maintain proper storage, inspect incoming goods, and liaise with Purchasing for replenishment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required; Certificate / Diploma in Logistic or Store Management is preferred
• At least 1-year experience in store management
• Ability to manage materials control system to keep accurate receiving and issuing record
• Able to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
• Fluency in both oral and reading English and Chinese

Responsabilités

• Manage store to ensure steady and consistent supply to user departments.
• Record all stock movements accurately and timely.
• Inspect all incoming goods for quality and quantity aligned with standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage in the storeroom, including temperature control for food items.
• Check expiry dates and communicate with departments to avoid wastage.
• Initiate purchase requisitions at re-ordering point and pass to Purchasing for ordering.
• Check security and fire precautions during working hours and when leaving.
• Assist in other sections of Purchasing & Store as deemed necessary by the Purchasing Manager.

To establish effective and sound management of the store to maintain a steady and consistent supply to all user departments.

To ensure all stock movements are recorded properly, accurately and timely.

To ensure all invoice contents are correct for all incoming goods, and inspect and ensure the quality and quantity of incoming goods are aligned with the Company’s standards and policies and procedures.

To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the storeroom, and ensure all goods are properly stored in an accurate room temperature, especially the food items.

Always check the expiry dates of all stored goods and communicate with departments to avoid wastage.

To initiate purchase requisitions when re-ordering point is met and pass to the Purchasing Department for ordering.

To check all security and fire precaution measures during working hours and when leaving.

To assist in other sections of the Purchasing & Store as deemed necessary by the Purchasing Manager.

Requirements:
