Job summary

Parkview Hotel Services Ltd in Hong Kong invites applications for a Contract Sports & Recreation Coordinator to manage facility transactions, reservations, and reception duties at the Spa & Resort. You will help promote our spa amenities and coordinate with the Spa & Resort Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

We value energetic, guest‑oriented team players with good English and Chinese communication. A DSE qualification is required; childcare certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Energetic and energetic about sports and recreation.
• Guest oriented and a strong team player.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• DSE graduate or above; childcare certification an advantage.
• Willing to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient control over all transactions, facility reservation and administration duties at the Reception Desk.

• Assist with planning and supporting children birthday parties, activities, and events for members.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Spa & Resort Manager and Sports & Recreation Supervisor for smooth operation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Contract Sports & Recreation Coordinator

To maintain an efficient control over all transactions, facility reservation and administration duties at the Reception Desk.

To assist in promoting the facilities and services of the Spa & Resort

To answer all telephone enquiries, observing the correct etiquette at all times

To assist with the planning and support of children birthday party, activities and events for members

To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.

To have a complete understanding and strictly adhere to our standard operation procedures, policies & guidelines

Works in close co-ordination with the Assistant Spa & Resort Manager and Sports & Recreation Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Eager to work in a dynamic working environment of a passionate & motivated team structure

Energetic, sports lover, creative and enthusiastic attitude

Guest oriented and a good team player

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

DSE graduate or above

Certification in early childcare is an advantage
