Project Nature (T26) We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to spearhead our platform operations, production support, and observability initiatives.

Duties

• Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Judiciary;
• Platform Support
• Coordinate projects involving container orchestration platforms (specifically Kubernetes / K8s).
• Drive initiatives around continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD using Jenkins).
• Manage infrastructure components including Nginx, API Gateways, and Message Brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Production Support & Incident Management
• Lead the production support function, owning the incident lifecycle from detection to post-mortem analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to rapidly triage, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production events and outages.
• Application Monitoring & Observability Setup
• Architect, implement, and configure modern Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability tools
• Project Management & Governance
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments for platform upgrades and infrastructure migrations.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, software engineering teams, and executive leadership.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. 5+ years of experience in technical project management, DevOps engineering, or production operations within a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven track record of managing infrastructure platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-scale production systems.
4. Containerization & Orchestration: Experience or deep project exposure to Kubernetes (K8s) and container management.
5. CI/CD & Automation: Strong understanding of continuous integration/delivery tools, primarily Jenkins.
6. Web Servers & Networking: Familiarity with Nginx, API Gateways, and modern Message Broker architectures.
7. Incident Management: Experience working with incident management frameworks and tooling.
8. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset under high-pressure production scenarios.
10. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business objectives and project deliverables.
11. Technical Skills:
12. At least 4 years\' experience in IT Planning (ITP);
13. 4 years\' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage;
14. 3 years\' experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage;
15. 3 years\' experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT) is an advantage.
16. Non-technical Skills:
17. 3 years\' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
18. Good spoken English is an advantage;
19. 3 years\' experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage.
20. Bachelor\'s degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
21. At least 8 years\' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years\' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
