Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a contract assignment under its headcount to support Hongkong Post. Responsibilities include PC upgrades, OS cloning, data migration, and on-site hardware work across HKP locations.

You will assist OA projects, support Lotus Notes/DM, AD and Windows Server; provide face-to-face VIP support, handle inventory updates, and document incident logs, with overtime/on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Front-line PC tech support with Windows image cloning.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, endpoint security, and Lotus Notes.
• Proficient in English or Chinese; bilingual preferred.
• Willing to work at various HKP locations.
• Overtime/on-call and criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade PCs at HK Post sites, including hardware install, OS cloning, software installs, data migration.
• Relocate PCs and IT equipment, update inventory after upgrades.
• Provide OA system support for Lotus Notes, VPN, AD, NAS, security and conferencing services.
• Face-to-face client support for VIPs when necessary.
• Assist OA projects with market research, evaluation, procurement, implementation, and documentation.
• Assist OAS team with administrative tasks and prepare incident statistics.

Project Nature (T26) To perform in Windows PC upgrade and provide technical support to the Office Automation System (OAS) related systems and facilities in Hongkong Post

Job Duties

Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Hongkong Post. The job duties requirements of the service are as follows:

• To upgrade PCs in Hongkong Post, which includes performing on-site PC hardware installation/upgrade, OS image cloning, software or application programs installation, data migration, data erasure activities, and scheduling HKP users and coordinating contractor;
• To assist in relocation of PC and other IT equipment for redeployment, and update IT inventory after hardware upgrade, replacement or redeployment;
• To perform the Office Automation System (OAS) support and trouble-shooting tasks including Lotus Notes Mail and Confidential Mail System, Domino Mail System and Mobile Workspace System with iPhone and Android, VPN Gateway, Microsoft Windows Desktop, Microsoft Active Directory, Local Workstation Directory, NAS Service, EndPoint Security Service, Internet Access and Mailing Service, Video Conferencing Service, Single Sign-On Service and Departmental Portal Service;
• To provide face-to-face client support for VIPs in Hongkong Post when necessary;
• To assist in the implementation for various OA Projects such as market research, new solution evaluation, procurement, hand on implementation and documentation;
• To assist OAS team to handle administration works;
• To prepare documents on support statistics and incident logging;

Requirements

• Experience in front-line PC technical support, esp. experience in PC client rollout and image cloning with Windows environment in user site;
• Experience in customer support in technical aspect;
• Knowledge and experience in Windows 10/11, Lotus Domino and Notes, Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Microsoft Active Directory, TrendMicro EndPoint Solution, Symantec Ghost and Macrium Reflect Backup;
• Good communication and skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese or English, preference given to those good at both;
• Need to work in various location of HKP;
• Overtime and on-call work are required when necessary;
• Criminal record check is required.

Technical Skills

• At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
• At least 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
• At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
• 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage;
• 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Application Development (LNA) is an advantage;
• 1 year's experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON) is an advantage;
• 1 year's experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage.

Non-technical Skills

• At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
• At least 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS);
• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
