Job summary

The Housing Department / Hong Kong Housing Authority is seeking Contract Technical Assistants (B.S.) to supervise building services maintenance works in Public Housing Estates. You will work in the Maintenance Office, handling site measurements, cost estimates and test reports.

You will also draft and update sketches, drawings, programmes and databases, coordinating with Contractors to ensure compliance with regulations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Level 2+ in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE.
• HKDSEE or HKCEE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To supervise contractors to conduct BS maintenance works in Public Housing Estates.
• To take site measurement, prepare cost estimates for works and test report.
• To draft, prepare, update and check sketches and drawings.
• To prepare and update programme and database.
