Job summary

Kai Fu Property Services Co., Ltd. is seeking a Technical Assistant or Assistant Maintenance Officer to support building works for public housing estates on Hong Kong Island (Siu Sai Wan or Sai Wan). Responsibilities include supervising routine maintenance and special works, and coordinating with contractors to ensure quality workmanship.

Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome. The role requires a Higher Diploma / Diploma in Building Studies, Civil Engineering, or Building

Qualifications

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies/Civil Engineering/ Building Surveying, etc. from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college
• Manage vacant flats or MWIS projects
• Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and AutoCAD
• With a positive working attitude and service-orientated mindset; willing to learn and work hard
• 0-2 Building maintenance experience, especially involving public housing, is most ideal
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a working attitude are welcome too.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the routine maintenance & special works for public houses
• Prepare works orders by using the Housing Department system
• Update all information to the system of the Housing Department
• to supervise contractors to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
• Participate in periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance on different facilities.
