Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day administration and technical support for Government Office Automation systems in Hong Kong. The role covers system administration, on-site hardware work, and OA project support across HKP locations.

You will work under InfoTech's headcount to assist in daily operations, troubleshoot OA services, and help implement new solutions with documentation and statistics reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in System Administration and Technical Support; and User Client support in technical aspects with Windows 10/11, Lotus Domino and Notes, CMMP, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, Trend Micro EndPoint Security, Acronis True Image, and backend server system support and troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Willing to work at various HKP locations; overtime and on-call work may be required; criminal record check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and technical support of DM application systems including User Directory Information Maintenance, EndPoint Protection, Windows Patching, Software Distribution, Remote Application Control and Computer Inventory Management for HKP workstations.
• Troubleshoot OA services and support PC workstations in HKP including hardware installation/upgrade, OS image preparation, cloning, software installation, data migration and erasure.
• Assist in relocation of PC and IT equipment for redeployment and update IT inventory after upgrades or redeployment.
• Assist in OA Project implementations such as market research, new solution evaluation, procurement, hands-on implementation and documentation.
• Prepare documents on support statistics and incident logging.
• Work across multiple HKP locations and ensure satisfactory on-site support when required.
