Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years post-qualification IT experience; 2 years in a similar post.
• Customer-oriented, able to work under pressure, on-call after hours.
• Experience in virtualization, containerization, Windows Server, Linux, and DBs (MySQL/MariaDB/MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure including virtualization, containerization, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux OS, database systems, and other office applications.
• Provide helpdesk and hotline support.
• Provide technical advice to support business requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Carry out other technical and administrative duties as assigned.
