Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional in Hong Kong to organize project schedules and resources, working with customers, engineers and third parties. The role involves contributing to infrastructure design and its implementation, researching new technologies and deploying solutions, and supporting tender processes with demonstrations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in Telecommunications.
• Hands-on design and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects including firewall, switches, load balancers, servers, storage and backup.
• Strong storage and virtualization skills.
• Experience configuring Fortinet, H3C, Cisco and F5 network devices.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Alicloud.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, Linux; Nutanix, Hyper-V and cloud platforms are highly preferred.
• CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, CISSP, VCP or other professional certificates.

Responsibilities

• Organize project schedule and resources with customers, engineers, and third parties
• Participate in infrastructure design and its implementation
• Conduct research on new technology and deploy solutions
• Participate in presentation, demonstration and documentation on tender process and solutions
• Respond to customer’s requests and monitor the project progress
• Provide technical support to projects
