Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management, DevOps, or production operations experience.
• Proven track record in infrastructure platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and container management.
• Strong Jenkins CI/CD understanding.
• Familiarity with Nginx, API Gateways and modern message brokers.
• Experience in incident management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Platform Support and production readiness oversight.
• Coordinate projects involving Kubernetes and related platforms.
• Drive CI/CD initiatives using Jenkins.
• Manage infrastructure components including Nginx, API Gateways, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Lead production support and incident lifecycle from detection to post-mortem.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for rapid triage of outages.
• Architect and configure modern APM and observability tooling.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, risks, and governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication with engineering and leadership.
