Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites a Contract Systems Analyst to provide IT helpdesk and support services under the DOJ. You will handle user support, PC setup, and system administration across multiple offices, ensuring smooth operation of confidential mail, document management, and related systems.

The role requires at least 7 years of total post-qualification experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with OpenText eDocs, CMS, and Lotus Notes administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 7+ years' post-qualification experience with at least 6 years in a similar post.
• Experience providing user support and training.
• Experience with OpenText eDocs and CMS is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and on-site helpdesk support to end-users.
• Set up PC and multimedia equipment for DOJ users at various offices.
• Assist in system administration and monitoring of computer networks.
• Provide training and demonstrations to end-users on supported systems.
• Assist project teams in implementation and support of new technology products.
• Guide junior officers and recommend improvements in systems.
