Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 61413-1). The role covers IT helpdesk and document management systems for the Department, with a 3-month contract from 01 Nov 2026 to 31 Jan 2027.

Responsibilities include on-site and telephone helpdesk, PC hardware/software setup, end-user support for OpenText eDocs, CMS, DMS, Lotus Notes, VPN/RAS access; training end-users and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 8 years' post-qualification experience, with 6+ years in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
• Experience in providing user support to OpenText eDocs Document Management is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ.
• Provide telephone and on-site helpdesk services to end-users, and troubleshoot problems on PCs and computer equipment.
• Install PC hardware and software, and set up multi-media equipment at various offices of the Department.
• Diagnose PC hardware and software problems, provide solutions and arrange follow-up action with vendors as appropriate.
• Provide user support for Office 365/Confidential Mail/iNotes/Windows 10/MS Office/Internet Explorer/Chrome and OpenText eDocs DMS.
• Evaluate hardware and software products, implement and support new technology projects.
• Specialize in systems with guidance to junior officers and suggest improvements.
• Provide training and demonstrations to end-users on supported systems.
• Perform other computer-related and administrative duties as assigned.

Project Nature (T26) IT helpdesk and support services

Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ;

• To provide telephone and on-site helpdesk services to end-users, and trouble-shoot problems on PCs and computer equipment
• To install PC hardware (e.g. PC, printer, RAM, hard disk, DVD drive, Chinese inputting device, sound card, etc.) and software, and set up multi-media equipment at various offices of the Department
• To diagnose PC hardware and software problems, provide solutions and arrange for follow-up action with vendors as appropriate
• To provide user support for general office automation systems (e.g. Lotus Notes, Outlook, Confidential Mail, iNotes, Windows 10, MS Office, Internet Explorer, Chrome) and dedicated system (OpenText eDocs Document Management System)
• To evaluate hardware and software products, implement and support new technology projects
• To specialize in some special systems / programs with a view to providing guidance to junior officers and to recommending measures for improvements
• To provide training and demonstration to end-users on various systems being supported
• To perform any other computer-related and administrative duties assigned by senior officers

Requirements Experience in providing user support to OpenText eDocs Document Management is a definite advantage. The successful candidate may need to work in different offices of the Department at various locations including Queensway, Wanchai, Central and magistracy courts in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. There may be occasions that the successful candidate will be asked to perform duties during weekends.

Technical Skills:

• At least 7 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
• At least 7 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS);
• At least 7 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
• At least 7 years' experience in Remote Access Server (RAS);
• At least 7 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Non-technical Skills:

• - Good spoken English is a must.
• - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
• - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
