Job summary
InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst to support the DOJ under the T26 contract. The role emphasizes end-user support and system administration across OpenText eDocs and standard desktop applications.
You will install hardware, diagnose problems, assist in video-conference setups, and provide on-site support at offices across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, with occasional weekend duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience, 3+ years in a similar post.
- Experience with OpenText eDocs DMS is an advantage.
- On-site support across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island; weekend duties may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and on-site helpdesk support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues and coordinate vendor follow-up.
- Assist in setting up Video Conferencing for remote court hearings.
- Support office automation systems (Lotus Notes, Outlook, MS Office, Windows 10).
- Assist in testing new hardware/software and system administration tasks.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by senior officers.
