Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Analyst Programmer / Technical Lead - Java for a banking project. You will collect and analyze user requirements, prepare functional and system specifications, and contribute to delivering reliable application systems.

You will supervise development teams, participate in development and testing activities, and perform support and maintenance, while coordinating with external partners to meet deadlines and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.

Job description

Contract Analyst Programmers / Technical Lead - Java, Banking (C27830)

Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a leading bank;

To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs;

To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables;

Participating in development and testing activities, and perform support & maintenance activities;

Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• 2+ years' experience in Java, WebSphere, JMS, MQ, Web Services, Oracle, SQL, Python, shell scripts, UNIX, AIX;
• Experience in SWIFT, Local Payments, CNY Clearing, e-Counter, Corporate Banking, Custody, Corporate Trust and Agency Business are highly preferred;
• Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance process;
• Strong analytical skill, system design experience;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment;
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus;
• Experience in being a leadership role will be an advantage, candidate with less experience will be considered as Programmer / Application Development Manager.
