Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a qualified Building Services Engineer to oversee on-site electrical and mechanical systems and coordinate with subcontractors. The role involves liaising with clients, architects and consultants to resolve BS/E&M matters on site in a busy Hong Kong construction environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree or diploma and has several years of on-site experience.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/ E&M matters on site.
