Job summary

Metropolitan Life Style (H.K.) Limited is seeking an Officer for Community Management at our Central/Wong Chuk Hang coworking spaces. You will handle daily reception, lead site tours, manage CRM enquiries, and support marketing initiatives across multiple locations.

You should be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with a passion for entrepreneurial communities and strong organizational skills. Attractive remuneration and extensive fringe benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• University graduate preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or coworking spaces is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily reception duties and ensure the co-working space is fully operational.
• Schedule and lead site tours.
• Maintain and update data to operating system.
• Follow up on enquiries through CRM System.
• Manage client agreements, invoices and payments.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Contribute to online marketing and social media.
• Establish business partnerships for the community.
• Help out in community events.
• Build strong relationships between members.
• Provide administrative/operational support to marketing teams.
• Work from different locations.
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high occupancy.
