Job summary

WeWork in Hong Kong is seeking a customer-focused professional to support product and hospitality operations across flagship spaces. You will lead building tours for prospective members, understand member needs, and propose service solutions to enhance the member experience.

You will manage relationships with key members, assist with contract renewals, handle feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth building operations. English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with workable Cantonese and Mandarin.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

WeWork Product Support

Lead building tours for prospective members as needed.

Systematically and comprehensively understand the needs of members, and proactively provide recommended service solutions.

Regularly participate in internal training and learn the process of promotion and operation for new business.

Hospitality and Membership Engagement

Establish professional and sincere membership relationships with key members in the building.

Follow up on the feedback and experience of members during their stay to ensure their experience when using WeWork services.

Assist members in contract renewal and provide flexible office space solutions based on their actual situation.

Handle member complaints, promote the rapid resolution of problems, and prioritize the member experience.

Building Operations and Management

Conduct walkthroughs to address any issues, escalating any recurring issues to your manager and/or relevant cross-functional teams.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to prevent risks and ensure smooth operation.

Response and manage all issues about building operation related tickets.

Maintain a good relationship with landlord and property management team.

Team collaboration management

Have basic team leadership skills, setting a good example to solve problems.

Actively participate in the company's internal training to enhance personal management capabilities.

About You

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above

0-3 years of solid full-time working experience, experience in property management, high-end hospitality, co-working, To-B business administration, retail or F&B industry is highly preferred

Fluent in written and spoken English, with workable Cantonese and Mandarin skills

Must have basic computer skills

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion

Passion and understanding of WeWork’s mission and values
