Job summary

Eaton Club in Hong Kong is seeking a front-line hospitality and administration professional to support members and events.

You'll deliver 5-star service, manage memberships, coordinate with internal and external teams, and keep our coworking spaces and venues in top condition. Prior experience in hospitality or business centres is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ frontline customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing all-round administrative and operations support to club members.

Provide 5-star hospitality services to our all our clients. From co-working space to serviced office, Eaton Club Lounge and event venue.

Upkeep and always maintain our workspaces at a high standard, which includes facilities and environment management.

Build up good relationship with members and manage membership database.

Collaborate with both internal and external parties to support events logistics and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently.

Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines

At least 2 years’ experience in frontline customer services, preferably gained in hospitality industry or business center

Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
