JEN by Shangri-La in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage team member to prepare food orders with high quality, while strictly upholding HACCP and ISO22000 hygiene standards. You will contribute to a clean, organized kitchen environment and support management with additional duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotels, knowledge of HACCP/ISO22000, strong communication, and willingness to work overnight shifts to ensure seamless service.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in hotels with similar capacities.
• Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
• Team player with strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency.
• Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
