As a Commis - Cafe Kool & In Room Dining (廚師), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency.
• Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in Hotels with similar capacities.
• Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
• Team player with strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
