Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on pastry/bakery professional to join a unique luxury dining restaurant. The role involves supervising kitchen operations and contributing to daily production within a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be able to work the 5-day work week with a focus on high standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in pastry, bakery and dessert production.
• Able to work in a luxury dining setting and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operations in the kitchen.
• Follow up the daily operation production.
• Be part of the culinary team of a unique luxury dining restaurant.

• Good in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Monday to Friday; entitle to Public Holidays
