Links International is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive in Hong Kong to support commercial excellence through sales reporting, business analysis, and trade investment administration. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure accurate reporting and efficient execution of commercial activities.

The role requires 1–3 years in Sales Operations or Analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing, or a similar function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PivotTables, lookup formulas, Power Query, reporting tools, and BI platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Maintain and enhance sales databases, reporting systems, and dashboards for data accuracy.
• Generate sales performance reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
• Analyze sales results, market trends, and key business metrics to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and trends through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in daily sales operations and commercial planning initiatives.
• Administer the trade investment process, including claims validation, accrual monitoring, reconciliation, and payment settlement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely processing of trade investments and claims.
• Monitor trade spend utilization and support budget management and compliance.
• Collect, consolidate, and evaluate market, customer, competitor, and channel insights.
• Develop market intelligence reports and business performance analyses to support planning.
• Provide operational support to the sales team and drive process improvements.
• Support ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, and management reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and customers for account launches.
