Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong seeks a Club Ambassador to assist with the daily operations of the executive lounge, delivering a smooth, personalized guest experience and upholding Shangri-La’s service standards.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, at least 1 year in the service industry (preferably Front Office or airline-related operations), and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the service industry, preferably in Front Office or airline operations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services, concierge and related guest experiences.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Handle mail, information requests and airline reservations/ confirmations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About The Role

As a Club Ambassador, you will be assisting with the daily operations of executive lounge to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services, secretarial services, concierge services and food & beverage services.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle mails and information and airlines reservations / confirmations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations.
• Self-motivated and well-organized team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
