Shangri-La Group is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance Shared Service Centre, supporting financial integrity, compliance, and efficiency across core accounting functions.

You will maintain ledgers, assist with forecasts and budgets, coordinate with auditors, and ensure internal controls, with the required degree and hotel industry experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in Hotel/F&B/Private Club industries, including 2 years at a senior level.
• 1-2 years of auditing experience would be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge in Sun Accounting System and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to details, reliable, and proactive with a high level of integrity.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare the monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Ensure all sub-ledger accounts e.g. city ledger, trade creditors, stock ledgers etc. are balanced with respective control accounts in the general ledger.
• Prepare and post month-end and adjustment journals, review the transaction registers and arrange necessary adjustment journals.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow, advising Management on bank deposits as required.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Maintain the fixed assets register and monitor the capital budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements as per corporate policies.

About The Role
