Job summary

HKT is seeking a Solution Consultant (Cloud/ICT) to work with sales on identifying client needs, designing tailored ICT solutions, and delivering compelling presentations to win business. You’ll handle discovery, PoC planning, and tender responses, collaborating across teams to ensure value and feasibility of proposals.

Requires 3–5+ years in ICT, certifications like CCNA/CCNP or cloud architect, and experience in RFP/RFQ processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3–5+ years in ICT, technical presales or solutions architect capacity.
Valid industry certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Cloud Architect certs, CISSP/CISM).
Proven track record handling high-value RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
Deep understanding of SD-WAN, Zero Trust, multi-cloud, managed services.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design high-level ICT solutions.
Deliver technical presentations and product demos to C-level and technical staff.
Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFQs ensuring requirements are met.
Plan and oversee PoCs/pilots to validate solutions against client needs.
Collaborate with sales, solution specialists, and implementation teams to align on market needs.
